Every used part listed on SpareCarPart is tested before it goes on sale. If a part you received isn't as described, suppliers have 14 days to put it right — or they're suspended.
Our 14-day resolution promise
1. Every part is tested
Suppliers must test every used part before listing it. Faulty or misdescribed parts breach our supplier terms.
2. 14 days to resolve
Once you raise a complaint, we notify the supplier. They have 14 calendar days to refund, replace, or otherwise put it right.
3. No fix = suspended
Suppliers who don't resolve the issue within 14 days are suspended from SpareCarPart until the case is closed.
How to file a complaint
Email complaint@sparecarpart.com with the following so we can act fast:
- Your order or quote reference
- Supplier name (if known)
- What the part was, and what's wrong with it
- Clear photos or a short video of the issue
- Any messages already exchanged with the supplier
We acknowledge every complaint within one working day, open a case with the supplier, and track the 14-day clock on your behalf. If you don't hear back from the supplier, we step in.
