Core charges are refundable deposits on rebuildable units — return the old part within 30 days of receiving your replacement and the charge is refunded in full to your original payment method.
Delivery estimates & tracking
- Estimated dispatch and arrival date is shown on every quote — calculated from the supplier's cut-off and courier service for your postcode.
- Tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel is collected, with a live link to the courier's tracking page.
- Live status also appears in My quotes — Confirmed → Dispatched → Out for delivery → Delivered.
- Every shipment is insured in transit. If it's damaged or lost we replace or refund — no need to chase the courier.
Typical UK courier transit: 1–2 working days for parcels, 2–3 working days for pallet items. Highland, island and Northern Ireland deliveries may add 1–2 days; surcharges (if any) are shown on the quote.
Multiple payment options, processed securely
Pay by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or split the cost over 3 instalments with Klarna. Bank transfer is available for trade accounts on request.
Payments are processed by Stripe — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Your card details never touch our servers.
Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act applies to credit-card purchases over £100 in the UK. Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the supplier receiving the returned item — see our warranty & returns policy.
